This Privacy Policy explains how Pro Basketball Sim (the “App”) handles information when you use it.
1) Summary
The App stores game progress and settings locally on your device. The App uses Google AdMob to show ads and also uses Firebase, including Google Analytics for Firebase, to help measure app usage, engagement, ad performance, and general app activity. Based on our current setup, we use Firebase and Analytics in their standard/default configuration and have not manually enabled custom analytics events, custom user IDs, or other advanced Firebase features unless stated otherwise in this Policy.
If you allow tracking through Apple’s App Tracking Transparency (ATT) prompt, ads and certain related measurement features may be more relevant to you. If you do not allow tracking, the App requests non-personalized ads where applicable, and any advertising-related data use is limited by your device settings, consent choices, and Google’s product controls.
We do not require account creation for gameplay, and we do not directly sell your personal information. Most data associated with ads, analytics, and similar measurement technologies is collected or processed by third-party providers such as Google and Apple under their own terms and policies.
2) Information We Collect Directly
We do not require you to create an account, and we do not directly collect personal profile information such as your name, email address, or phone number for gameplay. The App stores gameplay-related data locally on your device, including save files, game progress, and in-app settings and preferences.
3) Advertising and Tracking
To support a free version of the App, we display ads using Google AdMob. When ads are requested, Google and its partners may collect or receive certain data from your device or the ad request. This can include, depending on your permissions, region, and Google’s services, advertising identifiers (such as IDFA when ATT permission is granted), IP address, approximate location derived from IP, device and app information, ad performance and fraud-prevention signals, and diagnostics and usage data related to ad delivery.
If you grant ATT permission, this data may be used by Google AdMob to deliver personalized ads. If you deny ATT permission, personalized tracking via IDFA is not used by the App, and ad requests are configured for non-personalized ads where required.
For more information about how Google processes data, see:
Google Privacy Policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy
How Google uses information from sites/apps that use its services: https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites
3.1) Categories of Data, Purposes, and Retention (Notice at Collection)
We do not collect gameplay profile data on our own servers. The App stores game progress locally on your device.
When the App shows ads or uses Firebase/Analytics, third-party providers such as Google AdMob, Firebase, Google Analytics for Firebase, and their service providers may collect, receive, generate, or process the following categories of information, depending on your device settings, permissions, region, and the provider’s configuration:
Identifiers, such as device identifiers, advertising identifiers like IDFA when permission is granted, and app-instance identifiers generated by analytics services
Internet or network information, such as IP address
Approximate location derived from IP address
Device and app information, such as app version, device model, operating system, language, SDK version, and similar technical information
Usage and analytics information, such as app opens, sessions, screen views, engagement events, ad exposure data, and similar app activity metrics
Ad performance, attribution, diagnostics, security, and fraud-prevention signals
Purchase-related measurement data if reported through platform or analytics integrations
Purposes: These data may be used for ad delivery, non-personalized or personalized advertising where permitted, frequency capping, analytics, measurement, attribution, reporting, app improvement, diagnostics, security, fraud prevention, and service operation.
Retention: We do not control third-party retention periods. Google Analytics provides retention controls for certain user-level and event-level analytics data, and retention may depend on Google’s current settings, defaults, and product configuration. Unless and until we set a different retention period in our Google Analytics/Firebase settings, analytics retention will follow Google’s applicable default or active property settings. Aggregated or de-identified reporting may persist longer. For more information, see Google’s policies and support materials: https://policies.google.com/privacy and https://support.google.com/analytics/answer/7667196.
3.2) Firebase and Analytics
The App uses Firebase, a Google service, including Google Analytics for Firebase. Google Analytics for Firebase automatically collects certain information and events by default to help app developers understand how users interact with an app. Depending on the platform, configuration, and Google’s systems, this may include information such as app launches, session activity, screen views, engagement events, technical device and app information, approximate location inferred from IP address, app-instance identifiers, and other analytics or diagnostics information.
At this time, based on our current implementation, we use Firebase Analytics in its standard/default manner and have not intentionally added custom analytics events, custom user IDs, or other manually configured advanced analytics features. If we materially change our Firebase or analytics setup, we will update this Policy as required.
Analytics data may also interact with advertising and monetization services when those services are linked or integrated, subject to your permissions, device settings, region, and Google’s controls. This can include use of analytics information for measurement, attribution, reporting, ad performance analysis, and, where allowed, personalized advertising or audience-related features.
For more information, see:
Google Privacy Policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy
Firebase Privacy and Security Information: https://firebase.google.com/support/privacy
Google Analytics for Firebase: https://firebase.google.com/docs/analytics
4) Consent and Privacy Choices
Depending on your location, you may be shown a consent form or other privacy choices for advertising, analytics, or related technologies. Your choices may affect how Google AdMob, Firebase, and Google Analytics for Firebase collect or use data.
Your ATT decision on iOS and any in-app consent choices are separate controls. For example, ATT permission may affect access to the advertising identifier, while other consent choices may affect analytics, ad personalization, or related measurement features depending on applicable law and platform behavior.
You can update ad privacy choices in the App under Privacy → Privacy Choices (when available). You can also manage tracking permission at the device level in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.
Where supported by the services we use and required by law, we may honor user consent choices by limiting analytics collection, limiting ad personalization, or both. However, some basic service, security, anti-fraud, or non-personalized measurement functions may still operate as permitted by law and provider settings.
5) In-App Purchases
The App offers an in-app purchase to remove ads. Purchases are processed by Apple, not by us directly. Apple may collect transaction-related information under Apple’s own privacy terms. Apple Privacy Policy: https://www.apple.com/legal/privacy.
6) Data Sharing
Because the App uses third-party advertising, analytics, and platform services, some data described in this Policy is shared with, collected by, or made available to third parties such as Google AdMob, Firebase, Google Analytics for Firebase, Apple, and their service providers for ad serving, measurement, analytics, reporting, security, diagnostics, attribution, and fraud prevention.
We do not sell personal information for money. Depending on your region’s law and the permissions or settings you allow, certain identifiers, usage data, or online activity information may be used by third-party advertising or analytics services in ways that may qualify as “sharing,” “targeted advertising,” or similar regulated processing under applicable law.
7) Children’s Privacy
The App is intended for a general audience. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children through account registration or profile features.
The App uses age and audience handling and ad request settings intended to support child-appropriate ad treatment where required. Where supported by the platform, advertising provider, analytics provider, or applicable law, advertising and analytics behavior for child or under-age users may be limited, disabled, or handled in a more restricted manner.
Because certain third-party SDKs may collect technical, analytics, or advertising-related data by default unless restricted by settings, permissions, consent, or provider controls, we encourage parents and guardians to review device privacy settings and any in-app privacy choices. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us directly, contact us so we can review and address the issue.
8) Data Retention and Security
Gameplay data saved by the App is stored locally on your device unless you back up or transfer your device using platform tools.
Third-party providers such as Google and Apple retain and secure data they process under their own policies. For Firebase and Google Analytics for Firebase, Google may retain certain user-level and event-level analytics data according to the retention settings applicable to the property and Google’s current product rules. We do not guarantee any specific Google retention period unless we explicitly state one in this Policy.
We take reasonable steps to keep the App operating securely, but no method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure.
9) Privacy Rights and Regional Disclosures
We do not require accounts and we do not directly collect personal profile information for gameplay. However, third-party advertising services (such as Google AdMob) may collect or receive certain device and ad-request data in connection with ad delivery, measurement, and fraud prevention, as described above.
9.1) How to Exercise Privacy Choices (All Users)
You can control advertising, tracking, and certain analytics behavior primarily through:
iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking
In-app “Privacy Choices” or consent screen, when shown
Google ad controls (My Ad Center): https://myadcenter.google.com/
Google Analytics and privacy controls information: https://support.google.com/analytics/answer/9019185
Apple privacy resources: https://privacy.apple.com/
Because we generally do not maintain user accounts and do not store most advertising identifiers or analytics records on our own servers, requests about ad personalization, advertising identifiers, app-instance identifiers, or Google-hosted analytics data may need to be exercised through Google and/or Apple controls.
If you send us a privacy request about third-party advertising or analytics data, we will review it and, where appropriate, respond directly, explain our limitations, or direct you to the relevant provider controls or request channels.
9.2) U.S. State Privacy Rights (California, Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah)
Depending on your state of residence, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or a portable copy of personal information, and to opt out of certain processing such as targeted advertising and, in some cases, “sale” or “sharing,” as those terms are defined by applicable law.
Targeted advertising opt-out: You can opt out of targeted advertising by denying ATT tracking permission, using any in-app privacy choices presented, and using Google’s ad controls.
Do Not Sell or Share (California): We do not sell personal information for money. We may “share” certain identifiers or online activity information for cross-context behavioral advertising through third-party ad services if you enable tracking or ad personalization. You can limit this by denying ATT tracking permission and using the controls listed above.
Non-discrimination: We will not discriminate against you for exercising privacy rights.
Requests to us: If you want to submit a privacy request to us, email LoganRich@EggInjections.com with the subject line “Privacy Request” and include (1) your state/country of residence and (2) which right you want to exercise (access, delete, correct, portability, opt out). We may ask for information necessary to verify and process the request consistent with applicable law.
Appeals (Virginia/Colorado/Connecticut): If we deny your request and you have a legal right to appeal, you may appeal by emailing LoganRich@EggInjections.com with the subject line “Privacy Request Appeal.” We will respond within the time required by law.
Authorized agents (California): Where permitted, you may use an authorized agent to submit certain requests on your behalf. We may require proof of the agent’s authority and verification of your identity consistent with applicable law.
9.3) EEA/UK (GDPR / UK GDPR)
If you are located in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you may have the right to request access to, rectification of, erasure of, restriction of processing, and portability of your personal data, and to object to certain processing. You also have the right to withdraw consent at any time where processing is based on consent, without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.
Legal bases: Where applicable, we and/or our third-party providers process data based on consent, contract necessity, legal obligations, and/or legitimate interests, depending on the context. In jurisdictions where consent is required for certain analytics, advertising, or related identifiers, we intend to rely on consent and provide or honor applicable controls. In other cases, limited analytics, diagnostics, security, fraud prevention, and basic service operation may be processed under other lawful bases where permitted.
Complaints: You have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. You may also contact us at LoganRich@EggInjections.com.
International transfers: Ad and platform providers may process data on servers outside your country. Where required, such providers rely on appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers under their policies and legal mechanisms.
9.4) Canada (including Quebec)
If you are located in Canada, you may have rights to access and correct personal information and to challenge compliance with applicable privacy laws. You can contact us at LoganRich@EggInjections.com with the subject line “Canada Privacy Request.” You may also use Google/Apple controls for ad-related data as described above.
9.5) Australia
If you are located in Australia, you may have rights to access and correct personal information and to make a complaint about privacy practices. To contact us, email LoganRich@EggInjections.com with the subject line “Australia Privacy Request.” Where relevant, ad and platform providers may process data outside Australia under their policies.
9.6) Verification
To protect users, we may need to verify your request before responding. Because we typically do not maintain user accounts or store advertising identifiers ourselves, we may be limited in our ability to identify or fulfill certain requests related to ad-tech data, and we may direct you to Google or Apple controls where appropriate.
10) International Users
Ad, analytics, and platform providers such as Google, Firebase, Google Analytics for Firebase, and Apple may process information on servers located in different countries. Those providers are responsible for their own cross-border transfer safeguards under their applicable terms, legal mechanisms, and privacy policies.

Changes to this Policy
If we change how the App handles data, including if we materially change our use of advertising, Firebase services, analytics tools, tracking technologies, or related purposes, we will update this Privacy Policy, revise the effective date, and publish the updated policy alongside the new App listing or in-app materials as appropriate.
